Five-Star premium selection

The Five-Star Brunch Experience includes one eligible premium selection: shrimp and grits or salmon croquettes. Crab cakes remain market price.

The made-to-order omelet station does not count as the included premium selection. It may be added separately starting at +$12/person, and staffing is required.
