Second-service chinaware
+$4/person — Includes one additional dinner plate per guest for buffet seconds. We recommend a 10% plate overage for breakage or unexpected guests. Additional flatware, glassware, specialty china, delivery and handling are priced separately.
The client is responsible for the replacement cost of any lost, broken or damaged chinaware.

Included premium entrée: The Platinum Promise includes one eligible premium entrée. The Five-Star Forever includes premium beef or seafood as listed in the proposal. Premium-cut lamb lollipops, crab cakes, crab-stuffed shrimp and all market-price items are additional.
Venue fees, alcohol, bartending, specialty rentals, elaborate décor, florals and services not specifically listed in a package are additional. Final pricing is based on guest count, menu selections, venue and service needs.
A 20% service charge and applicable 6% Maryland sales tax are added to the final balance.
